We know your dog’s safety is important, so this is the perfect space for training, walking, running and playing. There are obstacles in the field for you and your dog to enjoy and an enrichment area for all those good sniffs. There is also a shelter for those rainy days or to shelter from the sun, as well as a couple of benches to relax on. No water is provided for hygiene reasons; however, we encourage you to bring your own, especially on those hot days.
Poo picking is essential – there are no-poo fairies! We know this might be a big field, and if your dog decides to do their poo in the distance, it could be hard to locate; however, please try your best. If you happen to come across a poo that isn’t yours, please pick it up so that someone can return the favour for you if you miss one of yours. We can all keep the field beautiful and clean that way.
Free parking is available for one vehicle per visit with plenty of space for turning; however, if you wish to bring more than one, please let us know beforehand, and we can accommodate this. All dogs must be kept on their leads until safely inside the field and put back on when leaving. Even if your dog isn’t reactive, other users’ dogs might be, so please consider this by giving plenty of space and keeping back until the field is empty. Once you have entered the field, you can relax knowing you will have a stress-free, uninterrupted walk spending some quality time with your furry companions.
